Before completing the request form, please ensure that the following requirements can be provided:
- The horse must not be exercised on the day of examination
- A dark stable will be needed
- A hard level surface for trotting up
- A larger area for seeing the horse worked harder
- Not to be shod or trimmed within the last 48 hours
